Maxma 14, a rootstock for cherry plum, is a hybrid form of Prunus mahaleb x Prunus avium. It is semi-dwarf and has a strong rootstock. It is cold-resistant, partially tolerant to soil moisture, and moderately drought-resistant. It encourages the development of the grafted variety on top. It is resistant to Phytophthora and bacterial canker. Planting distances can be determined as 5x4 m.
