"Arbequine" is an olive variety from Spain, cultivated in the regions of Catalonia, Aragon, and Andalusia.
It is an early (October and the first half of November) and cold-resistant variety.
Suitable for mechanical harvesting,
it stands out for its high and consistent productivity.
The oil content is in the range of 20-22%.
After harvesting, olives should be cold-pressed within 12 hours.
It has low acidity and contains a high level of polyphenols in the oil composition.
Oil Color: Yellow with greenish hues.
Taste: Fruity with aromas of apple, fresh almond, and other fruits.
Bitterness: Various fruit tones.
